Staff

Regina Burgess
Regina Burgess is the Assistant Director for the Panhandle Library Access Network, a multitype library cooperative in Florida, where she provides continuing education programs for library staff in the region. Regina has worked in public and special libraries and has non-library-related corporate experience. She is the current President and past Treasurer of the Friends of the Bay County Public Libraries. Regina received a Bachelor of Arts in History from New Mexico State University and a Master of Library Science degree from the University of North Texas.

Diana Silveira
Diana Silveira is a librarian and president of Novare Library Services, where she works with libraries to develop, implement, and utilize technology effectively. Previously, she worked at the Tampa Bay (FL) Library Consortium and the Charlotte Mecklenburg (NC) Library. She is the former volunteer Literacy Director at the Palm Harbor Library and has been on the board of the Friends of the Library since 2012. She has an MLIS from UNC-Greensboro and a BS in psychology from Catawba College. Her book Library Technology Planning for Today and Tomorrow is available through Amazon and the Rowan & Littlefield Website.
